Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
We accept the following forms of payment:

With the Chuseok(Korea traditional holiday), National Foundation Day, and Hangeul Day(Hangul Proclamation Day)holidays, the product delivery schedule will be adjusted according to the time the payment is completed.

    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges

Contact lenses are medical devices, so we cannot return your product for any reason. If you choose the wrong color or frequency, you must place a new order with the correct option. Also, returns are not allowed due to dissatisfaction with the product. Orders returned without our confirmation will not be compensated even if you have paid for the return shipping fee. 

※In principle, only defective products are subject to exchange. Please note that exchanges/returns excluding product defects are not possible.

damaged product

If the product is received damaged or there is a manufacturing defect in the product, it will be classified as defective. Products damaged by improper use and improper handling by the customer will not be considered defective. Damaged products will be fully refunded or exchanged for the same product. Please contact the customer service center for a refund or exchange.(Customer Center: )


If there is a defect in the product, please contact the customer center email within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know your name, order number, reason for refund, and details of your order. 

Within 30 days of purchase, please take a clear picture of the lens and LOT number (packaging box or disposable lens case) with the order number and email it to . After receiving the information and checking with the supplier, if the lens is defective, you can receive a refund or exchange for the same new product. 

However, we can't help you without receiving the defective lens picture requested earlier, so please don't throw away the product and package.

  • The time you post your credit card to your account may vary and will be determined by your issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for more information.
  • All refunds are in USD. We are not responsible for losses caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
